COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Loma Checkweigher LOMA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lutron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marsh-Bellofram parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnescale product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lutron such as the CLP91204ML20GA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 966716100 manufactured by Marsh-Bellofram and we are pleased to be able to service most Marsh-Bellofram systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT20A201B by Manufacturer Magnescale as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand 256TTDBD6012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lueze such as CPT30600T3 equipment made by Lueze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lueze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lueze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 743204 made by Lutze as well as the popular LX100 original spares produced by Luxstar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13034 by Mahr and CPT30600T3 spares by Lueze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LSLV0150S1002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lsis. |
